SiteInADay ("we", "us") designs, hosts and maintains websites for businesses on a monthly or annual subscription. Your plan determines the features included (pages, domain, SEO services, updates and support levels) as described on our pricing page.
You must provide accurate information about yourself and your business. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act for the business you register.
You retain ownership of all content you give us (text, images, logos). You confirm you have the right to use it and that it is lawful. We may decline content that is illegal, misleading or infringes the rights of others. You grant us permission to use your content solely to build and operate your website.
The website designs, code and platform remain our property; you receive a license to use them while subscribed. Domains registered under $15+ plans are registered in your name and remain yours.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You are not charged until you approve your first website preview. Prices may change with 30 days advance notice; existing subscribers keep their price for at least 6 months after any increase.
Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your website stays live until the end of the paid period, after which it is unpublished. We keep your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you return, then delete it.
Content updates are limited per plan per month. Custom functionality beyond our templates (booking systems, e-commerce, custom code) is available as paid add-ons. We may reasonably decline requests outside the scope of your plan.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, though we will always work to restore service quickly.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or business.
