You are never charged for your first website before seeing and approving the preview. If you never approve, you never pay — simple as that.
If your first website preview takes longer than 12 hours from the moment you complete the setup form, your first month is free. Claim it by replying to any of our emails or from your dashboard.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and are not refunded pro-rata; your site simply stays live until the end of the paid month.
Within the first 30 days of an annual plan, you may cancel for a full refund of the unused months (we deduct the equivalent of the monthly price for time used). After 30 days, annual plans are refunded pro-rata at the monthly rate for whole unused months.
One-time add-ons (e.g. logo design) are refundable before work begins, not after delivery. Domain registrations cannot be refunded once registered — but the domain is yours in your name.
Email hello@siteinaday.co from your account email with "Refund" in the subject. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
